Make the difficult choices now, while they’re still your choices to make

There may come a time when you will be critically ill, at the very end stage of life, when decisions will have to be made about your care, whether to prolong your life. If you are incapacitated and can’t make those decisions yourself, your loved ones will have to decide, which places them under enormous stress.
