MedTix, LLC Return Policy

Rely on the MedTix, LLC 100% Satisfaction Guarantee You may return any item purchased from MedTix, LLC for any reason within twenty (20) days from the date of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund minus shipping for UNOPENED items OR a merchandise store credit minus shipping that can only be used at www.medtix.com for opened items. The following items may not be returned, credited or refunded for any reason, except manufactures defect, due to infection control, sanitary, and similar considerations: Compression hose, bath equipment, orthopedic products, or wound care where the packaging has been opened in any way. Refunds and Store Credits will only be processed after the item has been inspected and shipped back to MedTix, LLC at the purchaser’s expense. 

To return a product: To return a purchase; please include a copy of your original invoice along with, the original packaging, product documentation, and a brief description of why you are returning the product. Let us know in writing whether you would prefer your refund as a credit to your card or as an in-house credit towards your next purchase. Credits applied to credit cards will be issued immediately but may take 15 to 30 days for credit card banks to process.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. MedTix, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. MedTix, LLC reserves the right to chare a 25% restocking fee but will not charge a handling fee at this time to inspect and analyze returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or the United States Postal Service. MedTix, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to any packages that you ship to MedTix, LLC for any reason.
